Another journal cover done in the crazy quilt patchwork design using vintage music related papers. Finished off with a soft gold embossed design giving it a very subtle look.
I used vintage papers (approximately 100 years old) to create this patchwork look. Covered it with a coat of soft gold and while still wet stamped with one of my background stamps. The black ribbon finishes it off as does the little stamped heart etc. I will find it hard to give away! CLICK ON IMAGE TO SEE MORE DETAILS.
Used some vintage papers from a very old music magazine to create this cover. Once done I gave it a coat of gesso to fade out the text etc before stamping it. If you would like the piece before I gessoed it please visit my RUSTIC PIXEL BACKGROUNDS blog and use as you please.
