Aileen's mini heart. Created this by using 1/4 inch foam core which I covered in vintage snippets of linens and laces etc. Die cut the letters and attached to each heart. Added beads on the bottom.

Hearts With Alcohol Inks

I created these hearts on transparency sheets then cut out by hand. I used alcohol inks, stamps and did some doodling. I will punch a hole in the upper left so they can be used as a book charm.

Alpine Violet Heart

"Alpine" Heart made with vintage sheet music titled "Alpine Violet". The substrate used was 1/4 inch foam core. I finished the edges with scalloped aluminum tape that had alcohol ink applied to it. I printed a vintage image of violets on a transparency sheet and finished it with a blanket stitch. The vintage brooch on the left side is a violet petit point.

Pink Heart Pages For Journals

A closeup of a heart shaped page using painted deli paper which was cut with those little fancy scissors. I embellished with die cut butterflies which I attached with the free motion stitching. This will go into a journal I make.

I had fun creating these pages from gelli prints on deli paper etc. I will add these to the journals that I am creating for gifts.
