Something has changed when uploading .... can anyone help?

When uploading pictures to my blog it shows all the technical html code on the first screen when I upload from my pc or Photobucket. It didn't do this a couple of weeks ago. Has something changed. I have to manually resize my pictures as they all come out way too large. Sure would appreciate some input if anyone can shed some light on this. I have tried the latest Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google's Chrome and it still does the same. Will await your comments.

Bottled Lilac Petals
