Valance Now Completed
The valance is now finished and up. Thanks to my 2 friends for helping put it up. This was easy to sew but I call the pattern a fabric hog as each swag took about 2 meters each.

Something from nothing - tags
"Something from nothing".
After I have been stencilling, stamping (and cleaning my brushes) I do it on printer paper then adhere to a tissue box etc.
After that I die cut tags with my Cuttlebug. As a final embellishment I apply stickers and words etc.

File Folder Art Pocket With Booklet Enclosed
This is a file folder art pocket that holds a long shaped notebook to journal in.
It has since been gifted.
I play with paper.
Yep, all day!
I cut it, I rip it, I emboss it, I collage it
and I fussy cut it.
I color it, tea stain it, coffee stain it and gelli plate print it and what I don't use I shred it.
Oh did I say it then goes in the compost?

Upcycled Light Fixture Now Chandelier
A before and after of a thrift store light fixture. I added converters for the crystal bulbs and the bobeche's etc as well as painting it an off white.
I don't apologize for my messy table as that is where I make things happen.
